This small-group morning town walk introduces visitors to the art and
craft heritage of Matsuzaki’s historic town, a place known for its
distinctive Namako-wall architecture.
The tour gently weaves together shrine visits, art stops, traditional
townhouses, and the celebrated plaster artworks (Kote-e) of Irie
Chōhachi. It offers a quiet morning experience that reveals authentic
Japanese culture and everyday life through architecture and art.
