Yes, solo participants are welcome upon request.

Yes. All tours require advance reservation.
Please check availability on our calendar or contact us through the reservation form.
Q3. What is the cancellation policy?
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, same-day cancellations, and no-shows are non-refundable.
• If ITLA cancels the tour due to severe weather, natural disasters, safety concerns, or other unavoidable circumstances, we will offer either a refund or a rescheduling option.
Q4. Are tours available only in English?
ITLA tours are conducted in English and Japanese.
If you require support in another language, please contact us in advance.
We will do our best to accommodate your request if possible.
Q5. What should I wear or bring?
Please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately for the season. During summer, we recommend bringing a hat and water.
For trail walks or agritourism experiences, additional guidance will be provided at the time of reservation.
*Please note that tours may occasionally be suspended during August due to Japan’s extreme summer heat and the risk of heat-related illness.
Q6. Are tours held in rainy weather?
Tours may still take place in light rain. If severe weather is expected, we will notify you by email the day before or on the day of the tour.
Details about how we will contact you on the day of the tour will be provided when your reservation is confirmed.
Q7. Can children join the tours?
In most cases, children are welcome depending on the tour content.
Please consult with us in advance.
Children aged 3$201312 years receive a 50% discount on the tour price.
Q8. Is photography allowed during the tour?
Yes, photography for personal use is allowed. However, photography may be restricted at certain locations such as shrines or temples.
Please follow your guide’s instructions.
Q9. Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Please inform us in advance if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible.
Q10. Can tours be customized?
Yes. Depending on the group, custom-made tours should be arranged.

Q11. What happens after I make a reservation?
After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the following details:
・Meeting location and Google Maps link
・Tour schedule and important information
・Day-of-tour contact details (LINE / WhatsApp)
If you do not receive the confirmation email,
please check your spam folder or contact us.
Q12. What happens if I arrive late?
If you expect to arrive late, please contact us as soon as possible.
Depending on the situation, it may not be possible to join the tour once it has started.
Q13. How can I contact you on the day of the tour?
For day-of-tour communication, we recommend contacting us via WhatsApp or LINE.
Details will be provided in your reservation confirmation.
Q14. What payment methods do you accept?
Payment by credit card is available at the time of reservation.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express.
For same-day payments, cash in Japanese yen is also accepted.

Q15. Can you recommend a place for lunch after the town walk?
Yes. Matsuzaki has several wonderful local restaurants and caf$00E9s.
We would be happy to recommend a place or assist with a reservation.
